Complete your profile
Before accessing production, every merchant must complete their MyPVit profile. This step validates your business identity and ensures compliant integrations.
Why complete your profile?
- Verify your identity and professional information
- Activate your account for production
- Support you effectively during integration
⚠️ An incomplete account cannot go live.
Steps to complete your profile
1. Log in to your merchant portal
- Go to MyPVit and sign in with your credentials.
- Click Settings in the side menu
- Select Profile.
2. Fill in the account owner’s personal details
Provide:
- Last name
- First names
- Phone
3. Provide an ID for the account owner
- Type: Gabonese passport | National ID card (CNI) | Residence card
- Document number
- Expiry date (must be valid at least 1 month after today)
- Upload the document (accepted: .jpeg, .png, .pdf; max size: 5 MB)
Make sure the scan/photo is readable and all corners are visible.
4. Complete company information
- Legal name
- Acronym
- Industry
- Country
- City
- Phone number
- Website (optional)
5. Provide company documents
- Tax Identification Number (NIF)
- Company incorporation date
- Process flow sheet (accepted: .jpeg, .png, .pdf; max size: 5 MB)
Validation
Once your profile is complete, our team will manually review it. If everything is compliant, your profile will be approved.
